No, it isn’t. so what is it?
recently, I am facing a problem of facing a series of mental images and emotions occurring during my log Z’s.
I don’t know what my problem is. I just want to know how could I remove these “dreaming buff” from my sleep.
These dreams is some kind of life’s “hell spell cast”. It makes me feel so bad and sometimes afraid of those dreams being an existent of life’s pieces.
